Locking and Unlocking a Meeting

If you want to lock the meeting and not allow anyone to enter the meeting or stop receiving meeting lobby notifications in the Live Meeting client, you can choose to lock the meeting and prevent these interruptions.

Note: When a Microsoft Office Live Communications Server meeting is locked, the attendees do not go into a meeting lobby and see a message indicating that the meeting is locked.

To lock and unlock a meeting

  1. To lock a meeting, from the Meeting pane, click Lock.

  2. To unlock a meeting, from the Meeting pane, click unlock.
