Insert one or more rows

Right-click the row below where you want to add a new row, and then click Insert.

You can also select the row, and then press Ctrl+Shift++ (plus sign).

Tip:  To add multiple row, select the number of rows you want, right-click, and then click Insert. For example, if you want to add two new rows between rows 3 and 4, select rows 4 and 5. Excel will add two new, blank rows and move the data in your existing rows down.
