As an Office 365 admin, you can help make your users’ first experience with Office 365 easier and more productive by telling them what to expect ahead of time, and by making sure they have access to help and training resources.
Tell everyone what to expect
When you start setting up Office 365 for your organization, send an email to the people in your organization that tells them they will soon start using Office 365. Include a link to this introductory article:
Send another email when you’re ready to have everyone start using Office 365
Everyone should have a user ID and temporary password, which were sent to them by Office 365 when you created their user accounts.
When you’re ready to roll out Office 365, send each person an email that contains the information they need to get started:
