Forward your calls

In order to configure call forwarding, you must be signed in to Communicator Mobile.

  1. In the main window, tap Menu > Options.

  2. Tap the Phones tab, select the Forward Work Phone check box, and then do one of the following:

    • Tap Predefined Number, and then choose the number where you would like calls to be forwarded.

    • Tap Custom Number, and then type the phone number where you would like calls to be forwarded.

      Note: Type the phone number in the following format: plus sign, followed by a space, then the country/region code, the city/area code, and the local number. One example of how to correctly enter a phone number is "+1 425 5550151".

    • Tap Forwarding Off to suspend call forwarding.

    • Tap Location Based to forward calls to the Communicator endpoint that you are using at the time of the call.

      Note: In order for location-based forwarding to work, you need to be signed on to more than one Communicator endpoint that is configured for call forwarding.

  3. When you are done, tap ok.
