If you have Microsoft Office Excel installed on the computer or network where Microsoft Office Accounting is installed, you can export a budget to an Office Excel workbook and use Office Excel tools to try out alternative scenarios. You must save a budget before exporting it.
Note: Some symbols are not valid in Microsoft Office Excel worksheet names. If you use one of these symbols to name a budget, Office Accounting will name the budget worksheet "Unnamed" in the Office Excel workbook.
Export a budget
On the Company menu, point to Company Lists, and then click Budgets.
On the Budget List, double-click the budget that you want to export.
On the Actions menu, click Export to Excel.
