Evenly space command shapes

  1. Select the shapes you want to align.

  2. On the Shape menu, click Align Shapes.

  3. In the Align Shapes dialog box, under Horizontal alignment, click the left-most button Align shapes along left sides button image .

    Tip: To move all the shapes to the left or right after they are aligned, drag Guides from the ruler and glue the shapes to them.

  4. On the Shape menu, click Distribute Shapes.

  5. In the Distribute Shapes dialog box, under Vertical distribution, click the left-most button Distribute shapes vertically button image .
