Delete pages using Publisher

  1. In the Page Navigation pane, select the page you want to remove.

  2. Right-click on the page and select Delete. If the page is not blank, you will see a notice. Click Yes to delete the page.
Warning dialog on deleting a page that contains objects.

    • If you are in two-page spread view and you select a two-page spread, the context menu will launch a dialog which gives you the option to delete the left/top, right/bottom, or both pages.

    • Master pages are deleted in a very similar manner. The only differences are:

      • To get to the Master Page you go through the Page Design tab > Master Pages > Edit Master Pages.

      • You cannot delete just one page from a two-page spread

    • If you delete pages which contain a catalog merge area (represented as a stack of pages in Page Navigation pane), you will be warned that it will cancel your catalog merge and disconnect from the data source.
