Delete a record permanently in Business Contact Manager

When you delete an Account, Business Contact, Opportunity, or Business Projectrecord, it is moved into the Deleted Items folder in Business Contact Manager for Outlook. Because this folder is not emptied automatically, we recommend that you periodically empty it to save space in your mailbox.

Note: Only the database owner can permanently delete a record from the Deleted Items folder.

  1. On the Go menu, click Folder List, and then click to open the Navigation Pane.

  2. In the Folder List, under Business Contact Manager, right-click Deleted Items, and then click Empty “Deleted Items” Folder.
