You can chat with other members of a shared folder much like you chat with people in workspaces.
To start chatting:

Click the Expand Chat button to open the chat box in the Groove Folder Synchronization pane.

Type chat entries in the text entry box.

Right-click in the text entry box to open an Options menu. You can:

Select text-formatting options.

Copy or delete the chat transcript.

Click the Send arrow.
