Change your online order download date

You can change the effective download date for your next online order download. This allows you to recapture information that may have been missed due to online problems. Or, you may have decided to change your download preference to include third-party listings. Resetting the download date also allows you to capture previous orders that you have not downloaded.

  1. On the Company menu, click Preferences.

  2. In the Preferences dialog box, on the Online Sales tab, click Select Date.

  3. In the Reset Download Date dialog box, type the date that you want to download your online orders from, or click the arrow next to Select date to download from to open the calendar.

  4. Click OK.
