Modern pages are a great way to share ideas using images, Excel, Word and PowerPoint documents, video, and more. You can create and publish pages quickly and easily, and they look great on any device. You can also change a SharePoint classic site's home page to use your modern page. Here's how:
If you haven't already created a page, you can do so using the steps in Add a page to a site. When you have a published page you want to use for your home page, do the following:
On your site, click Pages in the left navigation. Or, if you don't see Pages, go to Site Contents on the left, and then Site Pages.
Select the page you want to use as the home page.
Hover over the page and click the ellipses (...), or, in the top navigation, click the ellipses (...), and then click Make homepage.
