Change assignment reviewers or approvers in Planning Business Modeler

In the Forms Assignment workspace, you can add or remove reviewers and approvers to and from existing assignments.

Add a reviewer to an assignment

  1. In the Workspace Browser pane, click Process Management.

  2. In the View drop-down list, select Assignments. A list of assignment definitions and instances appears.

  3. In the assignment list, click to select an assignment.

  4. (Optional) Click the Review header to expand the pane.

  5. Click Select Reviewer(s). The Manage Reviewers dialog box is displayed.

  6. Add the reviewer by using one of the following methods:

    • Click to select the reviewer you want to add, and then click the right arrow (>).

    • In the left list box, click to add a reviewer to the assignment.

  7. Click OK. The Manage Reviewers dialog box closes and the added reviewer appears in the Review pane.

Remove a reviewer from an assignment

  1. In the Workspace Browser pane, click Process Management.

  2. In the View drop-down list, select Assignments. A list of assignment definitions and instances appears.

  3. (Optional) Click the Review header to expand the pane.

  4. Click Select Reviewer(s). The Manage Reviewers dialog box is displayed.

  5. Remove the reviewer by using one of the following methods:

    • Click to select the reviewer that you want to remove, and then click the left arrow (<).

    • In the right list box, click to remove the reviewer from the assignment.

  6. Click OK. The Manage Reviewers dialog box closes and the reviewer no longer appears in the Review pane.

Add an approver to an assignment

  1. In the Workspace Browser pane, click Process Management.

  2. In the View drop-down list, select Assignments. A list of assignment definitions and instances appears.

  3. (Optional) Click the Approval header to expand the pane.

  4. Click Select Approver(s). The Manage Approvers dialog box is displayed.

  5. Add the approver by using one of the following methods:

    • Click to select the approver you want to add, and then click the right arrow (>).

    • In the left list box, click to add the approver to the assignment.

  6. Click OK. The Manage Approvers dialog box closes and the added approver appears in the Approval pane.

Remove an approver from an assignment
