If you have received this message, it means that Microsoft SharePoint Workspace is currently unable to contact the provisioning server to complete configuring your account. The provisioning server is required for server-dependent features, such as receiving messages sent to you when you are offline.
The cause of this problem may be related to your network configuration or to a network outage. To resolve the problem, first make sure that you are online by testing your Internet connectivity. Then, log out and log in to your SharePoint Workspace account. Note that SharePoint Workspace will automatically re-attempt to contact the server periodically until the problem is resolved.
If you are online and SharePoint Workspace still cannot contact the provisioning server please contact your network administrator or support for further assistance.
