Backup dialog box: options and information

In the Backup dialog box, you can name a file to be used to back up your company data. Microsoft Office Accounting 2009 populates the backup file with the company name; you can enter a name of your choice. A compressed version of the backup files appear with a .zip file extension.

Note: Office Accounting 2009 disables the Verify data integrity and Password fields when you perform upgrade backups.
