How to recover your Microsoft StaffHub account

Important: Effective December 31, 2019, Microsoft StaffHub will be retired. We're building StaffHub capabilities, including schedule and task management, into Microsoft Teams. To learn more, read Microsoft StaffHub to be retired.

If you aren't sure which work account to use with Microsoft StaffHub, follow these steps using the mobile app:

  1. Open the app, and tap I have a work account.

  2. Tap Forgot your work account?

  3. Enter the mobile phone number that's associated with your account to request a validation code, and tap Next.

  4. Enter the validation code you received, and tap Next.

    Note: If you're having problems entering the validation code, tap Call me instead.

  5. On your company's sign-in page, enter your password. Your work account name is filled in for you.

Note:  If your company hasn't turned on self-serve account recovery, ask your IT administrator for the account information.
