Skype for Business Online admin center users page limitations

Skype for Business Online operated by 21Vianet in China will be retired on October 1, 2023. If you haven't upgraded your Skype for Business Online users yet, they will be automatically scheduled for an assisted upgrade. Skype for Business Online, excluding the service operated by 21Vianet in China, was retired on July 31, 2021.

For performance reasons the Skype for Business admin centerdisplays the first 1,000 users in your user list. If you have more than 1,000 users, use FilterFilter. and SearchSearch to find the specific people you're looking for.

Bulk editing

  1. Select the first 1,000 users—or everyone returned by your filter or search—by checking the box next to Display name at the top of the list.

  2. Click EditEdit..

You can change the number of users shown on each page with the control at the bottom of the list:
