Deaktivere Outlook-kalender synkronisering i teamplanlægning for organisationen

Hvis du er global administrator for Office 365, og du vil deaktivere synkronisering af kalender i Microsoft Planner, kan du bruge Windows PowerShell. Teamplanlægning er automatisk slået til for alle organisationer, der har Planlægning som en del af deres Office 365-abonnement.

Forudsætninger for at foretage Planlægning ændringer i Windows PowerShell

Denne procedure fører dig gennem de filer, der er behov for at køre Planlægning administrator kommandoer i PowerShell:

  • To Active Directory DLL-filer

  • Én PowerShell script

  • Det script manifest

Hvis du er ny bruger af Windows PowerShell, skal du se Bruge Windows PowerShell.

  1. Gå til https://www.nuget.org/packages/Microsoft.IdentityModel.Clients.ActiveDirectory/2.29.0

  2. Vælg manuel overførsel i højre side, Vælg Gem som, Vælg en placering til at gemme den til, og vælg Gem.

  3. Find fil, i Stifinder og ændre dens filtypenavn fra .nupkg til .zip.

  4. Højreklik på .zip-filen, og vælg Udpak alle.  Vælg Udpak. Du får ender med en udpakket berettiger "microsoft.identitymodel.clients.activedirectory.2.29.0"-mappe.

Deaktivere eller aktivere synkronisering af Outlook-kalender i Planlægning ved hjælp af PowerShell

  1. Åbn PowerShell og køre følgende kommando for at deaktivere synkronisering af Outlook-kalender for Planlægning:

    Set-PlannerConfiguration -AllowCalendarSharing $false

    Slå synkronisering af Outlook-kalender igen i Planlægning:

    Set-PlannerConfiguration -AllowCalendarSharing $true

    Bemærk!: Du skal logge på med legitimationsoplysningerne Azure Active Directory.

  2. At bekræfte dine indstillinger:

    • Kør i PowerShell: Get-PlannerConfiguration

    • Gå til teamplanlægning i Planlægning > Mine opgaver. Vælg ellipserne (... ). Outlook kalender synkronisering er aktiveret, hvis du kan se kommandoen Tilføj "Mine opgaver" til Outlook-kalender, og deaktiveret, hvis du ikke.
