User statistics and organization information

Skype for Business Online operated by 21Vianet in China will be retired on October 1, 2023. Users enabled for Audio Conferencing

Users in the cloud
This is the number of Skype for Business Online users who have Microsoft 365 or Office 365 accounts.
To add people to your Microsoft 365 or Office 365 subscription (that is, create Microsoft 365 or Office 365 accounts for them), see Add users individually or in bulk to Office 365 - Admin Help.
Users synced and homed online
This is the number of hybrid users that are created in a Skype for Business Server on-premises deployment but are synced to Microsoft 365 or Office 365.

How to change information about your organization

This is the name you entered when you signed up for Microsoft 365 or Office 365. To change it, see Change your organization's address, technical contact, and more.
Organization ID
You can't change your Organization ID.
Organization created
You can't change this value.
Active Directory synchronization on
This is whether your organization is being synchronized to a Skype for Business Online organization that is on-premises.
To set up your on-premises Active Directory, see Set up directory synchronization for Microsoft 365 or Office 365.
Organization domains
When you initially set up Microsoft 365 or Office 365, these are the domains that were registered.
