Your Microsoft 365 Personal subscription comes with 60 Skype world minutes.
Skype-to-Skype calls are always free. But you can also use Skype to call mobile phones and landlines. Microsoft 365 Personal includes 60 minutes per month of Skype calls to mobile phones in more than 8 countries and regions and to landlines in 60+ countries and regions (only in markets where Skype is available). Just dial from Skype and your friends and family can pick up on their phone.
How to activate your world minutes
If you have a Skype account, sign in at www.office.com/myaccount with your Microsoft account and click the link to activate your Skype minutes.
If you don't have a Skype account, sign up for one and then click the link to activate your minutes. You’ll see a confirmation at www.office.com/myaccount when the minutes have been activated.

You can call phones around the world with your Skype minutes. See the complete list of supported destinations.
Important: Special, premium, and non-geographic numbers aren’t covered by Skype minutes. Also, it isn't possible to place emergency calls.

If you’re already paying for Skype minutes
If you already have a Skype account, you can use it for your minutes. Skype uses your Skype minutes before any pre-paid minutes.
Changing the Skype account that your Skype minutes are linked to
To switch your minutes to a different Skype account, take the following steps:

Go to https://account.live.com/closeaccount.aspx and deactivate Skype.

Then, follow the same steps you took to activate your Skype world minutes originally:

Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services/office/overview.

Click Get Skype minutes.

Follow the instructions on that page. (Sign in to the Skype account you want to link your Skype minutes to.)
Important: You can change the linked Skype account only once, so make sure you pick the right account when you activate your Skype minutes on a different account.
